Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaiseNutrition
- 2 medium eggsNutrition
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shreddedNutrition
- 2 cups vegetable skallopsNutrition
- 4 tbsps butter, meltedNutrition
- 1 tsp dried basil leavesNutrition
- 1/2 tsp ground mustardNutrition
- 1/2 tsp thyme leavesNutrition
- 1 tsp olive oilNutrition
- 2 medium celery stalks, finely dicedNutrition
- 1 medium onion, finely dicedNutrition
Directions
- 1Saute onion and celery in olive oil.
- 2Add the rest of the ingredients except for the butter, and mix well.
- 3Shape into patties, and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- 4Brush patties with half the butter.
- 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes, turning halfway through and coating the other side with the butter.
