- 1Heat up oven for the fish sticks (per cooking instructions).
- 2Put romaine lettuce in a container.
- 3In a small dish mix ketchup with tabasco sauce.
- 4Mix the crushed red pepper spice, dill seed and fennel seed into the ketchup-tabasco sauce mixture.
- 5When fish sticks are out of the oven, cut into small pieces and place in the container with the lettuce.
- 6Pour in the sauce mixture.
- 7Seal the container and shake the contents well. Serve.
