  1. 1Heat up oven for the fish sticks (per cooking instructions).
  2. 2Put romaine lettuce in a container.
  3. 3In a small dish mix ketchup with tabasco sauce.
  4. 4Mix the crushed red pepper spice, dill seed and fennel seed into the ketchup-tabasco sauce mixture.
  5. 5When fish sticks are out of the oven, cut into small pieces and place in the container with the lettuce.
  6. 6Pour in the sauce mixture.
  7. 7Seal the container and shake the contents well. Serve.
