  1. 1Process tilapia (or any mild white fish) and onion and half the bread crumbs in food processor for just a couple of seconds until well mixed.
  2. 2Add dash or two of dill, salt and pepper to taste. Form into 4 patties.
  3. 3Lightly coat patties with rest of bread crumbs.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in frying pan and fry on both sides until outside is crispy and inside is cooked (about 3-4 minutes on each side).
  5. 5Stir mustard into mayonnaise, add squirt of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6Add a dollop on top of each fish cake.
  7. 7Serve with steamed vegetables.
