  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Wash and dry tilapia.
  2. 2In a bowl, pour lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. Dip tilapia in the lemon juice.
  3. 3Mix crushed crackers and parmesan cheese together.
  4. 4Dip tilapia fillets in the cracker mixture. Lay in a greased baking dish.
  5. 5After all tilapia is covered. Sprinkle remaining over the fish in the baking dish. Sprinkle olive oil over the tilapia.
  6. 6Place in the oven and let bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
