- 1Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Wash and dry tilapia.
- 2In a bowl, pour lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. Dip tilapia in the lemon juice.
- 3Mix crushed crackers and parmesan cheese together.
- 4Dip tilapia fillets in the cracker mixture. Lay in a greased baking dish.
- 5After all tilapia is covered. Sprinkle remaining over the fish in the baking dish. Sprinkle olive oil over the tilapia.
- 6Place in the oven and let bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
