Directions
- 1Chop and sauté mushrooms, peppers and onions with the garlic.
- 2Chop the oregano and basil (but don't sauté).
- 3In a separate container, mash up the whole tomatoes with your hands.
- 4Add crushed beef bullion and the oregano and basil.
- 5Add tomato mix to sauteed vegetables and simmer for 3-5 minutes on high heat.
