Homemade tomato basil sauce that is great for pasta dishes.

  1. 1Chop and sauté mushrooms, peppers and onions with the garlic.
  2. 2Chop the oregano and basil (but don't sauté).
  3. 3In a separate container, mash up the whole tomatoes with your hands.
  4. 4Add crushed beef bullion and the oregano and basil.
  5. 5Add tomato mix to sauteed vegetables and simmer for 3-5 minutes on high heat.
