Directions

  1. 1Trim steaks to remove fat and cut into individual portions.
  2. 2Tenderize with mallet. Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. 3Add one can of tomatoes to the bottom of the crockpot. Place steaks on top of tomatoes.
  4. 4Slice one large onion and place on top of steaks.
  5. 5Add 2nd can of tomatoes to top of steaks and cover with 1 cup of water.
  6. 6Cook on low for 8 hours.
  7. 7Serve with mashed potatoes, using last 3 ingredients.
