- 8 tsp taco seasoningNutrition
- 5 tsp Splenda brown sugarNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups pinto beansNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups black beansNutrition
- 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes and green chiliesNutrition
- 16 oz 93% fat free ground turkeyNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups waterNutrition
- 3 1/2 cups diced peeled tomatoes in juiceNutrition
- 2 1/4 cups pineapple in juiceNutrition
Directions
- 1Cook and drain ground turkey; put in pot.
- 2Drain pineapple and top layer of liquid from pinto beans and black beans and add to pot.
- 3Add diced tomatoes and tomatoes and chilies.
- 4Add Splenda brown sugar and taco seasoning mix and 1 1/2 cups water.
- 5Sprinkle in flaked red pepper for spice according to your taste.
- 6Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
