  1. 1Place chicken on the bottom of a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together tapioca, stock, orange juice, teriyaki sauce mustard and pineapple. Pour over chicken.
  3. 3Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  4. 4Add broccoli for last 20 minutes of cooking so broccoli remains crisp.
