Directions

  1. 1Cook onion, celery and butter for 4-5 minutes.
  2. 2Add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. 3Combine with rest of ingredients, except water.
  4. 4Toss with 1 cup of water to moisten - add up to another 1/2 cup water if still seems dry.
  5. 5Pack loosely into bird (stuffs a 10-12 lb bird).
  6. 6Add 6 minutes per lb to cooking time of bird.
