  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Combine buttery spread and sugars and beat on high till light and fluffy - about 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add mashed banana and vanilla, mix well.
  4. 4Combine flour, baking soda, salt, spices in a separate bowl.
  5. 5Add to butter and sugar mixture and combine on low.
  6. 6Fold in oats, cranberries and walnuts.
  7. 7Place rounded tablespoonsful of dough on pan, spaced evenly and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. 8Cool on pan for 10 minutes. Cookies will be soft and chewy.
