Cauliflower, Broccoli and Mature Cheddar Gratin

Directions

  1. 1Bring a pot of water to boil and in the meantime chop the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. 2Boil them for 5-10 minutes or until soft. Place in an ovenproof dish.
  3. 3Mix the grated cheddar cheese and chives (salt or pepper as well optionally) with the creme fraiche.
  4. 4Pour into the dish, over the vegetables.
  5. 5Place the dish in an oven or microwave and grill for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
  6. 6Enjoy!
