Directions
- 1Bring a pot of water to boil and in the meantime chop the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
- 2Boil them for 5-10 minutes or until soft. Place in an ovenproof dish.
- 3Mix the grated cheddar cheese and chives (salt or pepper as well optionally) with the creme fraiche.
- 4Pour into the dish, over the vegetables.
- 5Place the dish in an oven or microwave and grill for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
- 6Enjoy!
