  1. 1Combine Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and chicken in a ziploc plastic bag.
  2. 2Refrigerate up to 4 hours.
  3. 3Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl to make salsa. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  4. 4Pre-heat grill or broiler.
  5. 5Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. 6Serve chicken with salsa.
