- 1In medium bowl, combine corn and a bit of juice, cornmeal, baking soda, salt, oil, milk, eggs, and salsa.
- 2Pour half of mixture into crock pot.
- 3Layer cheese, onion, garlic, chiles and ground beef on top of cornmeal mixture.
- 4Cover with remaining cornmeal mixture.
- 5Cook on low 6 hours.
