  1. 1In medium bowl, combine corn and a bit of juice, cornmeal, baking soda, salt, oil, milk, eggs, and salsa.
  2. 2Pour half of mixture into crock pot.
  3. 3Layer cheese, onion, garlic, chiles and ground beef on top of cornmeal mixture.
  4. 4Cover with remaining cornmeal mixture.
  5. 5Cook on low 6 hours.
