  1. 1Stir together till just combined mix, cornbread, mashed bananas, milk, egg, cinnamon, fresh grated ginger and turmeric powder.
  2. 2Pour into 9 cupcake buttered or lined tins.
  3. 3Sprinkle chopped pecan nuts, a pinch of sugar, and a dusting of cinnamon on top.
  4. 4Bake in a preheated 400 °F oven for about 16 minutes, until lightly browned.
  5. 5Cool on wire rack.
