- 1Stir together till just combined mix, cornbread, mashed bananas, milk, egg, cinnamon, fresh grated ginger and turmeric powder.
- 2Pour into 9 cupcake buttered or lined tins.
- 3Sprinkle chopped pecan nuts, a pinch of sugar, and a dusting of cinnamon on top.
- 4Bake in a preheated 400 °F oven for about 16 minutes, until lightly browned.
- 5Cool on wire rack.
