  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2Meanwhile heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add onions and saute until the onions are soft. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
  3. 3Stir in soup, corn, chili powder, seasoning blend, and water. Pour into baking dish.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, mix cornbread mix, egg, butter, and milk together. Spread the batter evenly over the top of the meat mixture.
  5. 5Bake 20-25 minutes until cornbread is baked. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
