- 1Chop the tomatoes, avocado and provolone and add to the lettuce.
- 2For the dressing, mix the remaining ingredients and pour on the salad.
- 3Toss well, serve immediately.
- 4Note: getting a 4 oz chunk of provolone from the deli is better than using slices. It is chunkier and fills out the bowl better.
