- 1In a large mixing bowl stir together lime or lemon juice, soy sauce, cilantro, sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and if desired, a dash of crushed red pepper.
- 2Add cooked green beans, bean sprouts, and sweet red pepper; toss to coat.
- 3Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
- 4To serve, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- 5Note: best with fresh green beans.
