Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients (except cilantro, cherry tomatoes and cilantro) in a sealed glass or plastic container to marinate.
  2. 2Refrigerate at least two hours or preferably overnight
  3. 3Stir or shake occasionally to evenly coat.
  4. 4One hour before serving, stir in cilantro.
  5. 5Serve on a bed of torn lettuce of your choice.
  6. 6Garnish with quartered cherry tomatoes, Thai bird peppers and cilantro sprigs.
