  1. 1In a pot, start boiling water for the pasta and add some salt.
  2. 2in another small pot bring to boil 2 cups water and chicken stock cube and then add broccoli until cooked.
  3. 3In a non-stick pan add olive oil and garlic and onion.
  4. 4Once garlic and onion are golden, add chicken and mushrooms and cook until brown, adding salt and also chicken stock from broccoli to keep moist.
  5. 5Combine broccoli with chicken and pasta and sauté for a minute.
