Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oilNutrition
- 2 small chicken breastNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp saltNutrition
- 1 cube chicken boullonNutrition
- 2 cups chopped broccoliNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 3/4 cup pieces or slices mushroomsNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 2 cups waterNutrition
- 10 1/2 oz pastaNutrition
Directions
- 1In a pot, start boiling water for the pasta and add some salt.
- 2in another small pot bring to boil 2 cups water and chicken stock cube and then add broccoli until cooked.
- 3In a non-stick pan add olive oil and garlic and onion.
- 4Once garlic and onion are golden, add chicken and mushrooms and cook until brown, adding salt and also chicken stock from broccoli to keep moist.
- 5Combine broccoli with chicken and pasta and sauté for a minute.
