- 3/4 cup chopped celeryNutrition
- 3 cloves garlicNutrition

Directions
- 1Put chicken broth in large soup pot.
- 2Add lentils, diced tomatoes, vegetables, spices (to taste), and cooked hot or sweet Italian sausage.
- 3Bring to a boil. Lower heat to low simmer, cook on simmer for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
