  1. 1Cut cooked shrimp into about three pieces each. Put them all in a large bowl.
  2. 2Add the juice of the lemons, oranges, and limes. Add the tomatoes, finely diced, and the onions, finely diced. Stir together. Marinate 4 hours.
  3. 3Add the cucumbers, finely diced, directly before serving.
  4. 4Note: adding cilantro adds a nice zing.
