- 1Cook the cauliflower. And let sit 30 minutes.
- 2Cut the parsley into small pieces.
- 3Put the tomatoes into a salad bowl. And add the parsley.
- 4Add the cauliflower.
- 5Mix the yogurt with lemon and prepare a salad sauce with them.
- 6Put the yogurt lemon mix in the bowl.
- 7Enjoy!
