  1. 1Cook the cauliflower. And let sit 30 minutes.
  2. 2Cut the parsley into small pieces.
  3. 3Put the tomatoes into a salad bowl. And add the parsley.
  4. 4Add the cauliflower.
  5. 5Mix the yogurt with lemon and prepare a salad sauce with them.
  6. 6Put the yogurt lemon mix in the bowl.
  7. 7Enjoy!
