  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Oil a 9"x13" casserole pan.
  2. 2Blend the eggs, yogurt, hot sauce, onion, salt, and milk. Pour into the casserole pan.
  3. 3Sprinkle over the egg mix, 1/2 cup of shredded pepper cheese, 10 chopped pork sausages, and the chopped bell pepper.
  4. 4Sprinkle the sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. 5Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, until the center is firm.
