- 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 2Lightly spray baking sheet.
- 3Combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on a large plate.
- 4Combine egg and Dijon in a small bowl.
- 5Season chicken breast with garlic salt and then dredge in egg mixture and then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.
- 6Place chicken on baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 20-25 minutes.
