  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Lightly spray baking sheet.
  3. 3Combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on a large plate.
  4. 4Combine egg and Dijon in a small bowl.
  5. 5Season chicken breast with garlic salt and then dredge in egg mixture and then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.
  6. 6Place chicken on baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 20-25 minutes.
