Directions

  1. 1Sauté onions in frying pan with margarine. (Optional to add a teaspoon of sugar to onions to caramelize).
  2. 2Boil water.
  3. 3Add a teaspoon of beef broth powder to boiling water, simmer.
  4. 4Add pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onions to simmering broth.
  5. 5Pour broth into an oven-proof bowl, add slice of bread, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. 6Broil in oven until cheese is bubbly (does not take long so check oven every minute or so).
  7. 7Add fresh parsley on top of soup. Enjoy!
