French Onion Soup
Very tasty and healthy soup that's low in sodium and fat.

- 1Sauté onions in frying pan with margarine. (Optional to add a teaspoon of sugar to onions to caramelize).
- 2Boil water.
- 3Add a teaspoon of beef broth powder to boiling water, simmer.
- 4Add pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onions to simmering broth.
- 5Pour broth into an oven-proof bowl, add slice of bread, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 6Broil in oven until cheese is bubbly (does not take long so check oven every minute or so).
- 7Add fresh parsley on top of soup. Enjoy!
