  1. 1Melt and cool margarine.
  2. 2Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. 3Beat until smooth.
  4. 4For each crepe, lightly grease an 8" skillet and heat until hot.
  5. 5Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet, and immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom.
  6. 6Cook until light brown, turn and brown other side.
  7. 7If desired, spread with applesauce, jams, jellies, or other condiments. Also, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
