- 1Melt and cool margarine.
- 2Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3Beat until smooth.
- 4For each crepe, lightly grease an 8" skillet and heat until hot.
- 5Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet, and immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom.
- 6Cook until light brown, turn and brown other side.
- 7If desired, spread with applesauce, jams, jellies, or other condiments. Also, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
