Ingredients
- 2 tsps minced garlicNutrition
- 1/2 cup young green onions, choppedNutrition

- 3 medium bell peppersNutrition
- 96% lean ground beefNutrition
- 3 cups beef brothNutrition
- 1/2 tsp ground oreganoNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp basilNutrition
Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- 2Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for approximately 6 hours on low.
- 3Note: use yellow, red and orange bell peppers to make the soup more colorful.
