Ingredients
- 1 dash pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp or 1 packet dijon mustardNutrition
- 0.12 tsp saltNutrition
- 4 leaves outer large lettuce leavesNutrition
- 1/2 oz capersNutrition
- 1 tbsp celery, finely dicedNutrition
- 1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely dicedNutrition
- 6 oz tuna, water packNutrition
- 2 tbsps low calorie mayonnaiseNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix all ingredients together except the lettuce.
- 2Arrange lettuce on a work surface with rib end closest to you and the "cup" facing up.
- 3Spoon tuna salad onto the leaf lettuce near the rib end and roll to enclose.
