Ingredients
Directions
- 1Scramble up 1/4 cup of egg whites in a pan.
- 2While still liquid, add chopped asparagus to the pan and mix together, making sure eggs stay in one piece.
- 3Add chopped onion and garlic to taste, or pepper on top. No salt needed for full flavor.
- 4Note: use any brand of liquid egg whites (like Better'n Eggs) instead of using 1/2 cup of egg whites and add some water. It will not water down the eggs, but instead makes it look like you are getting more.
