Asparagus Mascarpone Tart

- 1Pre-heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- 2Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- 3Place the pastry in a baking sheet. Score the edges to draw a rectangle. Then pierce inside the rectangle with a fork.
- 4Bake for about 15 minutes.
- 5Remove pastry from oven.
- 6Trim the asparagus to fit within rectangle. Spread the mascarpone inside the rectangle then arrange asparagus on top alternating their direction horizontally.
- 7Brush with oil and salt and pepper to taste.
- 8Back for about 20-25 minutes, until asparagus is tender.
