Stir fried chicken and green beans with oyster sauce and fresh grated ginger.

  1. 1Cut chicken and green beans into bite sized pieces.
  2. 2Stir fry chicken in non-stick pan until almost done.
  3. 3Add green beans (fresh or frozen), soy sauce and oyster sauce. Continue to cook for 5 - 8 minutes until beans to desired tenderness.
  4. 4Turn off heat and add the ginger and brown sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  5. 5Serve over a cup of white rice.
