Ingredients
- 2 large eggsNutrition

- 2 cups oatmealNutrition
- 1 cup chopped pecansNutrition
- 8 oz dates, choppedNutrition
- 2 cups shredded coconutNutrition
- 2 tsps baking powderNutrition
- 1 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 1 cup packed brown sugarNutrition
- 1 cup sugarNutrition
- 2 cups flourNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
- 2Cream sugars and butter until fluffy.
- 3Add eggs and mix well.
- 4Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- 5Line cookie sheet with baking parchment.
- 6Drop by teaspoon-ful on parchment.
- 7Flatten.
- 8Bake at 325 °F for 10 - 12 minutes.
