Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 3 tbsps unsweetened shredded coconutNutrition
- 1/2 cup almond meal flourNutrition
- 1/2 cup coconut flourNutrition
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powderNutrition
- 4 oz unsweetened applesauceNutrition
- 4 1/2 oz egg whitesNutrition
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milkNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 1 tsp baking powderNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix all dry ingredients then stir in wet ingredients.
- 2Make a thick paste and drop by spoonful's onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten to rounds with greased cup.
- 3Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
