- 1Preheat oven to 340° F (170 °C). Prepare a loaf tin with baking paper or spray oil and flour.
- 2Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour mixture into prepared loaf tin.
- 3Bake in oven for approximately 35 minutes or until turning slightly golden on top.
- 4Allow to cool and serve.
- 5Note: different fruits such as apricots, pineapple and sultanas can be used. For a different flavor use mixed frozen berries.
