  1. 1Preheat oven to 340° F (170 °C). Prepare a loaf tin with baking paper or spray oil and flour.
  2. 2Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour mixture into prepared loaf tin.
  3. 3Bake in oven for approximately 35 minutes or until turning slightly golden on top.
  4. 4Allow to cool and serve.
  5. 5Note: different fruits such as apricots, pineapple and sultanas can be used. For a different flavor use mixed frozen berries.
