Directions

  1. 1Remove skin from chicken, along with any extra fat.
  2. 2In large skillet, combine chicken, water, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, tomatoes and parsley.
  3. 3Tightly cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
  4. 4Add celery, potatoes, carrots, and bay leaves and continue to cook for 15 more minutes or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
  5. 5Remove bay leaves before serving.
