Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 tbsp saltNutrition
- 2 lbs ground turkeyNutrition
- 4 cubes beef bouillonNutrition
- 1 clove garlic, finely choppedNutrition
- 2 medium onion, choppedNutrition
- 4 cups chopped green peppersNutrition
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugarNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice, uncookedNutrition
- 2 lbs lean ground beefNutrition
- 56 oz diced tomatoesNutrition
- 56 oz tomato sauceNutrition
- 46 oz vegetable juiceNutrition
Directions
- 1In large pot, or saucepan, brown the beef and turkey. Drain.
- 2Add remaining ingredients.
- 3Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
- 4Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until peppers are tender, and rice is cooked.
