Whole Wheat Pasta Salad
A delicious high fiber, low fat pasta salad with broccoli, cherry tomatoes and olives.

Directions
- 1Cook whole box of pasta - al dente. Rinse with cool water and drain well.
- 2Blanche broccoli till crisp-tender and rinse with cool water, and drain very well.
- 3Drain can of medium olives and wash tomatoes.
- 4Toss pasta, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, olives and dressing together.
- 5Refrigerate for an hour and toss with parmesan cheese. Serve.
- 6Note: recipe in honor of the passing of Mr. Paul Newman using Newman's Own light lime vinaigrette.
