Mini Cheeseburger Pies

- 1Heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Spray 12 regular size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- 2In a skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. Drain. Cool 5 minutes.
- 3Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and cheese.
- 4In a medium bowl stir milk, egg whites, and Bisquick with whisk until blended.
- 5Spoon 1 tablespoon Bisquick mixture into each muffin cup. Top with 1/4 cup burger mixture. Spoon 1 tablespoon Bisquick mixture onto burger mixture in each muffin cup.
- 6Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, and muffins are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes
- 7With a thin knife loosen muffins from pan. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack. Cool for 10 more minutes. Serve.
- 8Note: you can swap out the ground beef for ground turkey if you wish.
