Mini Turkey Burger Bagels

Great tasting turkey burgers.

  1. 1Mix turkey, egg, bell pepper and bread crumbs to a meatloaf consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2Form into mini patties (to fit bagels), and cook until done.
  3. 3Put a patty onto each bagel, top with low-fat cheese if desired, and broil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4I topped ours with guacamole and alfalfa sprouts, but you can add whatever veggies you like.
  5. 5Note: I cooked the meat patties in my rotisserie, but they could easily be cooked on the grill or stovetop with a little olive oil.
