  1. 1Preheat oven at 400 °F (205 °C).
  2. 2Combine ketchup and mustard, stir with a whisk. Reserve 2 1/2 tbsps of ketchup mixture.
  3. 3Combine remaining ketchup mixture, beef and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to combine.
  4. 4Divide beef into six equal portions and put in a 6 piece muffin pan coat lightly with cooking spray.
  5. 5Spread the reserved ketchup mixture evenly into the meatloaves.
  6. 6Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
