Directions

  1. 1Dice onion and beef, sauté, and add to crockpot.
  2. 2Add peas and mushrooms.
  3. 3Peel carrots and chop, add to crockpot.
  4. 4Chop new potatoes into chunks, add to pot.
  5. 5Mix beef cube with hot water and add to pot.
  6. 6Pour in water to cover all ingredients.
  7. 7Mix gravy mix (like bisto) with water and add to pot.
  8. 8Pepper and salt to taste, Lay bay leaf on top and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
