Directions
- 1Dice onion and beef, sauté, and add to crockpot.
- 2Add peas and mushrooms.
- 3Peel carrots and chop, add to crockpot.
- 4Chop new potatoes into chunks, add to pot.
- 5Mix beef cube with hot water and add to pot.
- 6Pour in water to cover all ingredients.
- 7Mix gravy mix (like bisto) with water and add to pot.
- 8Pepper and salt to taste, Lay bay leaf on top and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
