Spicy Cheesy Cauliflower Bake with Bacon
For those that like it hot, a real spicy cheesy cauliflower bake.

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 cup shredded jalapeno jack cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlicNutrition
- 1 tsp paprikaNutrition
- 1/4 tsp pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp or 1 packet mustardNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 6 slices cooked bacon, choppedNutrition
- 1 head large cauliflowerNutrition
- 3 jalapeno peppers, finely choppedNutrition
- 1/2 cup mayonnaiseNutrition
Directions
- 1Steam cauliflower until tender-crisp. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 450 °F (220 °C).
- 2In a medium baking dish, place steamed cauliflower. Break pieces apart and layer evenly in baking dish. Set aside.
- 3In a medium bowl place all remaining ingredients except for cooked bacon. Mix with spatula.
- 4Add extra mayonnaise to make it spreadable. Spread mixture evenly over cauliflower. Sprinkle cooked bacon on top.
- 5Bake 15-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and at desired crispiness. Serve warm.
- 6Note: The cauliflower can be steamed ahead and chilled before adding cheese mixture. It can be further chilled and then cooked at the last minute. Add bacon right before baking.
