- 200 g yogurt, lowfatNutrition
- 1 tsp ground cuminNutrition
- 1 dash ground black pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition

- 1 head medium white cabbage, shreddedNutrition

Directions
- 1In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lime juice, cayenne, cumin and garlic.
- 2Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 3Mix the cabbage, red, yellow and orange peppers, coriander and spring onion into the yogurt dressing.
- 4Serve.
