- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 2In a large bowl, mix beef, milk, eggs, bread crumbs and pepper together. Mix well.
- 3Spray a rimmed pan with cooking spray. Place mixture on the pan in the shape of a loaf.
- 4Cook meatloaf for 45 minutes.
- 5Spread sauce evenly on top of the meatloaf. Cook for another 15 minutes.
- 6Cut into four slices and serve.
