Ingredients
- 1 tbsp hot chili oilNutrition
- 2 tbsp peanut oilNutrition
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauceNutrition
- 2 oz cashewsNutrition
- 1/2 cup whole snow peasNutrition
- 2 cups, flowerets broccoliNutrition
- 32 oz boneless skinless chicken breastNutrition
- 3 cloves garlicNutrition
- 4 tsps gingerNutrition
- 3 oz carrotsNutrition
- 5 oz water chestnutsNutrition
- 22 oz beef sirloinNutrition
Directions
- 1Prepare all ingredients before heating up the Wok. Cut all ingredients to bite size pieces.
- 2Heat wok prior to adding oil. Once pre-heated add peanut oil and hot chili oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- 3Add garlic and ginger to hot oil and stir vigorously for a minute or so to release flavors into oil.
- 4Once oil is hot add beef and chicken, and stir fry until almost completely done.
- 5Add vegetables and soy sauce and stir fry until vegetables are at desired tenderness.
