  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Lightly grease 5 muffin cups or line with muffin papers.
  2. 2Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, oatmeal and salt in a large bowl.
  3. 3Beat bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla and melted butter in another bowl.
  4. 4Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened.
  5. 5Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  6. 6Bake in preheated oven until golden and tops spring back when lightly pressed, 18-20 minutes.
