Ingredients
- 1 large eggNutrition
- 1 cup yogurt spreadNutrition
- 1 packet bananas & cream instant oatmealNutrition
- 2 tsps packed brown sugar blendNutrition
- 1 cup whole wheat flourNutrition
- 1 tbsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 2 medium bananasNutrition
- 1 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 1 tsp baking sodaNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Lightly grease 5 muffin cups or line with muffin papers.
- 2Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, oatmeal and salt in a large bowl.
- 3Beat bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla and melted butter in another bowl.
- 4Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened.
- 5Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- 6Bake in preheated oven until golden and tops spring back when lightly pressed, 18-20 minutes.
