Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp garlic powderNutrition
- 1/4 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 1 box stove top chicken flavor stuffing mixNutrition
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breastsNutrition
- 1/3 cup 1% fat milkNutrition
- 1 can reduced sodium cream of chicken or turkey soupNutrition
- 1/4 tsp onion powderNutrition
- 1/4 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 2/3 cups waterNutrition
Directions
- 1Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with spices to taste.
- 2Spray a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker with pam and place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine soup and milk, then pour over chicken.
- 4Combine stuffing mix with water. Spoon over chicken and soup mixture.
- 5Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours.
- 6Serve with a side salad.
- 7Note: try to trim all the fat off the chicken before cooking them. Shred the chicken before it is served.
