- 1Cut banana into slices and freeze for at least 12 hours (overnight).
- 2Place frozen banana in food processor or blender. Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla soy milk.
- 3Blend until smooth (about 45 seconds to 1 minute).
- 4Serve immediately.
- 5Note: you can eliminate the soy milk for a thicker texture. Crunchy peanut butter can also be used instead of creamy.
