  1. 1Cut banana into slices and freeze for at least 12 hours (overnight).
  2. 2Place frozen banana in food processor or blender. Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla soy milk.
  3. 3Blend until smooth (about 45 seconds to 1 minute).
  4. 4Serve immediately.
  5. 5Note: you can eliminate the soy milk for a thicker texture. Crunchy peanut butter can also be used instead of creamy.
