  1. 1Slice bacon into small pieces and sauté in small frying pan sprayed with cooking spray, like Pam.
  2. 2When bacon is starting to get crispy, add onions and mushrooms.
  3. 3As ingredients are starting to cook, add white cooking wine.
  4. 4Season with garlic salt.
  5. 5Beat eggs with mixer or fork then add to sauteed bacon, onions and mushrooms.
  6. 6Add cheese, slicing into small pieces scattered over the eggs.
  7. 7Turn eggs is spatula to cook thoroughly. Serve promptly.
