- 1Trim chicken breasts and cut into strips 1 to 1 1/2" wide.
- 2Mix 1st 6 ingredients together in a bowl with a fork.
- 3Dredge chicken strips in flour, dip into buttermilk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
- 4Place chicken strips in a container, cover and chill for 1 hour.
- 5Arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- 6Coat the strips with cooking spray.
- 7Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
