  1. 1Trim chicken breasts and cut into strips 1 to 1 1/2" wide.
  2. 2Mix 1st 6 ingredients together in a bowl with a fork.
  3. 3Dredge chicken strips in flour, dip into buttermilk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. 4Place chicken strips in a container, cover and chill for 1 hour.
  5. 5Arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. 6Coat the strips with cooking spray.
  7. 7Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
